This is my journey shown through the images I have allowed to be taken of me or I have taken "selfies" of myself. For a long time I would not allow anyone to take pictures of me, I would hide from picture days and just as I had never wanted to look at a scale and face the ugly truth of what I had done to myself I had not wanted to see myself in pictures or videos and see it either.
