Since the beginning of my journey I had been coming up with all sorts of recipes to create healthy low calorie meals that would allow me to eat the large portions I love without sacrificing taste and without consuming to many calories. I am a Hungry Girl and I love to eat! I mean who doesn't love to eat? We all do and this is one of the main reasons why so many people over eat and gain weight or worse yet think its impossible for them to even start a lifestyle Journey (AKA Diet)! Sorry but I don't care to use the word DIEt, they don't work! Notice how I typed that word... DIEt...it has the word DIE in it because thats what eventually happens to them, they die! I just could not stick to a plan, so just by tracking the food I was eating with a FREE tracker from SparkPeople.com had really helped me learn exactly what I was eating, how much of it I was eating and it also help me learn how to create the most delicious dishes that are both healthy, low in calories but most importantly that taste wonderful! Today I track what I eat on My Fitness Pal which has a great Application for my Android driven smart phone. With their app I can easily scan bar-codes for most packaged foods making it easiere for me track what I eat with more acuracy than other tracking apps I have tried.
I also love to bake, but while baking I find quite therapudic it almost always gets me into trouble and I will eat what I bake and then be back in the vicious cycle of eating sugar and carbs. I am a food addict!
